engine change question

im changing my engine in my 172 cup in a couple of weekends time,
i think i have covered everything in getting it ready to make it as easy as possible to change.

i.e pure motorsport delete kit, aux belt, all new fluids, arp rod bolts water pump and all new gaskets.

The thing i was wondering is when changing the engine and taking the power steering pump off i will surely have to change all the power steering fluid as well ?
is this correct ?
