Engine conversion questions

I have 2 Renaults doing nothing. First is a 1996 (facelift) Clio 1.2 3dr with a knackered engine and the other is a modified 1992 Renault 19 16v with no MOT.

My question is will the 1.8 go in the clio easily or is it major mods needed. Im competent with a spanner, as ive done many vauxhall engine conversions before but as i have these lying around i thought id ask.

The parts will swop all over the intake manifld might be trouble you'll need a valver bonnet but even then you'll need some work as I'm sure the 19's intake manifold is bigger.
