Engine cover colours

Has anyone got any pics of their engine bay, with painted engine cover.

not sure what colour to do mine.

got a 172 iceburg silver, any recommendations?

Either pearl black metallic or anthracite , the same as 182 cup pack wheels .

Would like a polished plenum, is it hard to do?
or is it better to get a specilised company to do it?

I'd probably suggest a Specialist Company as it is apparently alot of hard work and a decent Place won't charge too much i don't think

I'd do something contrasting to the silver.... I think red would go well.

iv done mine mondial blue on my cup looks pukka mate

all looking good, too many colours can go with silver, so im still undecided.

might have to try a few samples to make my mind up

P.s Remember to use wet and dry paper on it before painting to remove any grease, oil etc
