Engine cut out while driving normally

(Not about my clio, but thought i'd ask anyway) So my 306 cuts out randomly when im driving.. saw this under the hood (pipe disconnected) and wondered... could it be something to do with oil pressure ? and would that cause the cut outs? i put it back and it seems to be fine just wanted confirmed.

Looks similar to my 206 lump, wouldnt be oil related as thats your air inlet is it not. Possibly a sensor

Haven't had this properly repaired yet, but have noticed I was when it cut out and I restarted this morning, my fuel was on almost zero, then after starting again its gone up to almost a quarter? Is this normal....
