Engine Differences: 172/182 vs 197/200

Could someone please tell me the engine difference between a 197/200 and a 1*2. I know there is different cams and a different inlet manifold but what other parts make up the extra bhp besides the different map?

I assume that this topic has came up many times before but I am unable to find a specific thread. If anyone could be of assistance that would be great
