Engine ECU chip or Mapping ? What to get ?

My clio 172 track car is running a 182 manifold and de-cat .

Is it worth getting this mapped or getting a RS tuner ?

Do they actually do anythink and improve performance ?

Im just looking to squeeze abit more power without spending alot of money

Rs tuner definitely worth the money if bought second hand etc as cost less that 100 in long run, but remapping too expensive to justify the cost on an na standard engine. Makes it far better the rs tuner on cold too.

Cool i will look for getting a second hand one then see what maps they have .

I know they do a 98 ron and a pops and bang one i think ?

These are the only two really, they can do custom ones if you ask for it but I have no idea on cost, they do one for Wet Nitrous set ups etc such as timing changes.
