Engine fan not working?

I think I may have a problem with my engine fan not working.. Since buying the car in febuary ive not once heard the fan come on and it's had some pretty hard drives including a trackday! Cars never overheated so hopefully it's just never required the fan to kick in.. Is there any way I can check if it's still working? If it turns out to be knackered is it a big job to replace it?

Wouldn't worry, mines not come on that i'm aware of in the 5 years i've had 1*2s apart from when changing the coolant.

Option 1: CLIP > Injection > Actuations > Cooling Fan Relay > Stage 1/2 > On/Off.

Option 2: Disconnect the CTS multiplug in the engine bay, turn the ignition on > put the system in to a "Fault" mode and turn the fan on.

If it's not working it could be a wiring fault, a fuse or one of the two relays in the engine bay at fault

it could just be it never gets hot. I bet you've never had the thermostat changed in those 5 years
