Engine/Gearbox Mounts

Hi guys, got myself a 172 ph2 and all I get when putting my foot down is banging and knocking from the engine. Want to change all the engine and gearbox mounts just to play it safe.
Am I right in thinking the car has
1 Top engine mount
1 Top gearbox mount
1 Lower gearbox mount
& the twisted dogbone?

  Pug 206 SW, 172 CUP
Yes

Also mount it as far forward as you can on the two top mounts and Do the bolts that hold the mounts to the car up good and tight without going silly and learn to roll the throttle on after a change if all mounts are standard.

If you must stamp on the throttle after a gear change or your going to track it and want fast hard changes because you like to do it that way then get a polybushed dogbone mount.
