engine help 1996 1.2 clio

my mate has a 1.2 clio van and we need a new engine due to burnt out valve.
im happy swappin heads but there are a couple of motors on ebay 1.2 and a 1.4
but what other parts would we need to upgrade to 1.4? ecu and wiring etc?

wiring is the same. ecu is different. so just plug and play tbh.

u'll need the immob/plip module (and PCB in the key) that plugs into the loom behind the speaker on the driverside console if your changing engine type.

have managed to track down a 1.4 head locally but will this be the same as a 1.2 head? compression ratio etc?
