Engine Mods for a 1.5 Mk3?

The mk3 dcis are still turboed aren't they? Bigger turbo ftw! Wasn't there a guy who claimed to have massive power from a diesel not too long ago with a big turbo, intercooler, remap and other mods? May be worth a check if he wasn't lying ha

The injectors are the same as the 106bhp version. Remap and put the turbo/intercooler from the 106bhp version. Watch out that the turbo from the 106bhp version is variable geometry, in opposition of the 80bhp fixed geometry one.

i wouldnt bother fiddling to much with them, if it was mine id be looking at EGR removal and a remap, not sure how good the intercoolers are on the 85., if its easy enough to swap the 106 turbo id go for that but not sure if its more complicated being variable geometry

as standard just with a remap you would probably be looking at over 100bhp with loads of torque

Watch out that standard Clio MK3 Clutch does not hold more that 260nm of torque. From factory they came with 240nm
