Engine Mount Weight

I'm trying to remove the big slab of iron under the engine mount. I've removed the mount, but can't for the life of me squeeze it up past all the AC piping. Is is easier to remove the headlight? if so, does this mean bumper off job?

Can't really help Jonny as i removed mine with the engine out, no aircon etc, but it was very easy

Out through the headlight would be easy if your struggling.

how do you get the head light off then Chris? There is the 10mm bolt on the top, but there must be something else holding it on :S

Yeah bumper Jonny, there's 2 further 10mm head bolts to undo, they're covered by the bumper.

Worst case, front bumper off, drivers headlight out. Engine supported by jack. Top engine mount off.

What actually holds it in? I assumed engine mount bolts or something up through the inner wing, but nothing obvious? What am I missing?

Single bolt which is visible when the engine mount is off.
