Engine Mount

I think my engine mount is loose, When I acclerate hard in first and second i get a loud knocking noise coming from the engine, Ive had this before but when it went in for a service it was done up tighter and now it loose again. Will i need a new engine mount or just tighten it up again?

PS How much would it cost me to change a lower engine mount?

Is it the twisted mount or the Gearbox Mount??

What car have you got?

Got a 172,

Not to clued up on the engine's so wudnt have a clue, I will try and find out.
