lol, its some polystuff witch u can get..........in a tube ...........n put it between the mounts to stop sooooo much movement......i have moved the engine forward as much as poss it helped but not 100% still knocks like a b**ch on the left hand side in 1st

basically the same thing sikaflex is - use that.

Not sure you'll like the vibrations much though!

don't use that!

any more bonding between the engine mounts will cause massive vibration, as mentioned above! You might as well weld your engine in.

get a set of uprated poly bushes from K-Tec. had mine fitted yesterday and it's like a different car!
