engine mounts

hi all how soft should the engine mounts be i can pull my top gearbox mount (the one under new to the fuse box) and it moves quite easy and it feels quite soft when i push my finger in it ? and where is the cheapest place to get them ?

there is some movement in them when new. upper gearbox mount isnt that expensive but can be a bit fiddly to do
