Engine Number MK1 172

Does anyone no where the engine number is on a mk1 172 plz?

On the inside of the B pillar when you open the drivers door? VIN number is there.

CBOM - oval plate number......F4R 730.

It can also be a 732 or a 736 - there all the same though mate bar a few slight differences.

If you look to the right hand side of the oil filter there is a little tin plate pot riveted onto the block - its printed on there - give me your reg and i will tell you exactly what yours is
