Engine shaking

When I'm in nuetral and the car is running at circa 750rpm, it feels like the engine is juddering, sort of like a pulsing feeling from the front end, as if it wants to stall. I was wondering if this is a common problem, and also whether it's easily fixed?

Just sounds like lumpy idle to me . They all do it . Or has yours just started to get worse ? 750rpm's right for the 172 so nothing sinister there .

Yeah my 182 does it as well.... bit lumpy... nowt much to worry about dont think!
