Engine / subframe knock

Right.....i know this has been discussed at length but just wanted to confirm

I get the mingin' knock/buzz/bang when I pump it in first, moreso if traction starts to break etc.

I have a powerflex dogbone and a new gearbox upper mount fitted.

Will replacing the engine upper really sort this noise out for me before i commit to buying it? I dont fancy the racing upper mounts as the car is rattly enough
