Renault Clio 1.4
Hi Guys,
After an ongoing problem with my 2002 1400 clio, i found that the problem was the Throttle Body.
So i removed the plastic bit of the manifold, the coil pack, and the airbox surrounding the throttle body. Thsi also including removing various sensors which i believe are the air pressure sensor, oxygen sensor and the major air flow meter. Oh, and disconnected the battery.
I cleaned the throttle body, and the spark prugs while i was about it, and put everything back together...
So i went to turn the engine on, and it cut out out straight away. And the coil warning light was on. Went to turn the ignition on again, and it started but it was going mental, revving up and down from 2000 to 3000 rpm. It revs to 3000 revs, then sounds s if it's going to stall, and then cuts back in when it gets down to 2000 and so on.
I also noticed that the throttle pedal won't work...
Would really appreciate it if someone helped me out...
Cheers
