Esp and abs light on car won't start

Hi guys
Has anybody had issue wit 2010 rs 200
Where esp and abs light are on and the car won't start.. All that happens is the light flick on and off when trying to start up, iv tried disconnecting the battery and re conectin but same thing happens

Is your bulk head dry? Or leaves blocking the drainage holes?
