Excel help. Changing capitals to lower case

Folks,

Need help again, How, or what is the forumla to change a column of capitals into lower case? I know it can be done before as the admin girl that used to be here was a wiz with excel.

Where the text that you want in lower case is in A1:

=LOWER(A1)

You can then copy the new row/ column with the lower case forumla and use "Paste Special" and "Values" to replace forumulas with text.

Ahh, thats sentence case, rather than lower case.
