Exhaust Back Box Mount....

Does anyone else have issues with the back box support bracket rubber perishing after a short amout of time?

I've abit of an issue now that mines has been on and off so often that the threads are too worn/ever so slightly rusty to attach it back on, so have there for had to make a home made support for it.

I'll be honest, it's not the best thing i've ever done but....it's a temporary fix.

Does anyone else have any suggestions?

It would be much appriciated.

I've already gone through 2 of them, the rubber just perishes then there's a knocking coming from it constantly

I don't think i'll even get one attached now? Nothing to attach it too....

Have a new bracket welded in place? I had a few exhaust issues with my old 106 when fitting a pugsport and just had some new hangers welded on. It would mean using universal exhaust mounts however this might solve your problem?
