exhaust blow drving me crazy!

Right chaps fitted myself a grp n oreca system from ktec which includes decat on my 172. Having problems with an exhaust blow coming from where my decat joins my centre section! On idle an light thottle its sound no blow what so ever its only under heavy thottle or load. I've used some slicone sealent too cause exhaust paste jus cracks an falls out an we only used slicone at the garage too. Wondered if anyone else has the same problem an whether theres any quick fix. I've a got a powerflex dogbone on order so hopefully that will help with engine movement slightly but any suggestions or past experience would be greatly appriciated. Cheers Dan

are the flanges square and flat? (in engineering terms, not shape!) sounds a bit dodgey!

yeah seem it only had a quick play today due to weather but i was gonna loosen me decat off an back box an makesure its fully square an flat. It looks it but never can be too sure i suppose.

yeah its a normal nut, bolt an washer configuration.

weird, that shouldn't be blowing, especially when it costs as much as it does! does it look good on the car?

well i'm gonna loosen everything off at weekend or onday this week an trying lining it up so its perfect cause tbh looking at it i think the decat could do with lifting up angle wise a little. Its only under heavy thottle when engine moves so gonna fit powerflex dogbone to at weekend. Cheers for advice fred. It looks identical to the omp inox grp n but don't stick out quite a much. I wanted a yozza an rang you few weeks back but you couldn't confiirm date an i'm like a kid when it comes to money burning a hole in me pocket lol
