exhaust front pipe costs

After a front pipe from the cat to manifold, any suggestions for the cheapest way of doing this?

Cheapest quote from a garage all-in so far was 82.25, however I've looked quickly online and noticed the parts sell for about 30. is it best to buy the part and then phone round asking about fitting or is anyone on here able to fit in Solihull/Brum.

normal 172 manifold is quite cheap nowadays ......check cliospares and ebay

Which one out of the bottom three would I require. It makes sense to order one in because surely the garages aren't gonna charge me £50+ to fit it?

bump? gonna order the non-flex, can't find my engine type though but assume I can't actually order the wrong one very easily!
