exhaust hits the rear subframe/rear axle

hi at the moment ive got a k-tec stealth exhaust, and the car has been lowered 60mm, there is a clunking noise coming from back end, so i jascked the car up only to realise the exhaust is actually close to the rear axle,
if i raise the suspensionwill this cure the problem,

Yes. Its more than likely poor exhaust fitment though. Usually a simple twist of the system will cure it. Also make sure the exhuast mounts are in good condition
