clamp the hole decat into a bench or vice, then using a monkey wrench (plumbers pipe wrench) get a good grip round the part yu want to twist and very slowly tease it free, this always used to work for me when changin lamba's i found it the only thing with any decent teeth and ability to grip the nut, espicaly when its all craped up like that,
if that dont move it then its gota be taking it down the garage and get some O2 heat on it, hope this helps

I think its going to be the O2 route then, ive had it in clamps with a monkey wrench as its was the biggest thing in the shed.

  Did own 172 Cup + 182FF
WD40 is not half as good as freeing things up as people think. By a can of spray 3-in-1 penetrating oil. Penetrating oil will get in there way more than WD and will be much more likely to free it up.

  My trusty lil 182 :)
Put a spanner on mine and hit it with a lump hammer. Took one hell of a whack but did come off!

yea i think heat is going to be your best bet, if you have a flame tourch clamp it and heat it and spanner it lol or garage
