Extended taskbar on dual screens

I got anew laptop with docking bay and when im in the office i have 2 x 23" screens to work off.

Is there anyway i can extend the taskbar across onto the other screen?

Laptop is a Dell Latitude E6400 with E-Port and running Windows 7.

best software for this is ultramon. iirc they arent supporting win7 yet which is a shame.

You can literally use it like 2 desktops. Very light and reliable IME
