hi got my member pack this morning,the sticker ive tried as instructions say and half of it wont come off ,only a few letters stick,does it need to be heated firsy any help

It's all about the angle you peel it off, watch him peel the clear film off. Peel it back on itself rather than pulling towards you of that makes sense.

many thanks for vid,the problem is the actual sticker the letters are not all coming off no matter what i do lol bank card etc rubbing

Heat the sticker before applying.
