I use to have this 500GB external hard drive In my car-pc set-up
It was powerd off a Spare hdd molex Inside the car-pc. that i just snipped and joined.

The wires of the plug on the external hard drive are werid colours
(Yellow,White, and red).

how can i find out whats the 5v whats the 12v and whats the earth so i can hard wire them back into my new pc
(can't remmeber how i find out whats what before :-S well confused )
