External hardrive?

just checked my laptop and found that theres only 5% left, dunno how as i can only find 35gb and its a 60gb laptop.
therefore need a external hardrive probly around 100gb any recommendations???

also say if i got one of these would this work with an ipod if i run it with itunes?

I only have 70GB left though.lol.
