Theres no way a Disklok would be removed in two mins (show me the proof). I was told by two reliable sources (one a security shop and the other my old mate who used to steal cars) that they are by far the best.
I use a Disklok, Mul-t-lok (gear lock) and standard Citroen Ultrasonic Alarm/Immobiliser. I have two sets of locking wheel nuts. I park behind my mams car on the drive. The only way theyd steal mine off the drive is with both sets of keys.
If you get a Disklok, use it. My old mate told me he would break in and steal Diskloks that werent in use. With all the time in the world, a shed and some tools, you can drill out the lock and replace it using a padlock across the locking holes along the top.
what would be the point in that chris?
If you are not using it and its left on the back seat. Some unscrupulous people will steal it. The locking bolt goes through two O shaped rings. They can drill out the lock (useless as they have no keys) and then use a padlock between the O rings.
Then they have a pretty decent (visually anyway) Disklok to use on their own cars.
