F4R engine torque settings

Im looking to strip and rebuild my engine but cant get a list of the torque settings. Having searched around in here iv found the links for the fastchip link but they dont seem to work now Anyone got a link to a full set of engine torque settings??

cheers for the replys guys but iv got these and they only go as far as doing cam belts, from what i can see.
