False Flooring (slightly differnt to what ive searched for)

Ive gone in to car audio with 0awg (50mm) wiring kits, now the wires stick out like a sore thumb.

Has anyone done a slightly raised false floor just to hide all the wires running underneath it?

do i use 1x1 or some thing like 2x3? And in what pattern do i position the lats?

Nope, some thing that is slightly raised so cables can go underneath but also have abit of strength about it to support other stuff that will go in an out of the boot on a daily basis.

i was going to lay mine out like this when i was going to try hide the amp under the floor

Some thing to try, was thinking about cutting the wood down abit near the seat to fit snuggly under it, also for holding it more.
