Oops...

Not sure what happened, i think the bolt holding the damper just snapped after hitting a pothole or something:dapprove:

Happened to my mates valver too when we were on the airfield with it.
Has your bolt snapped off in there? or just come unscrewd?

It sheared off i think, no trace of the bolt though.

this happened on my valver about 6 months ago, driving around and i thought the exh was knocking about loads, noise started to get very loud so had a look under car and to my surprise i found the left side shock just hanging there with no bolt or sleve. had a bit of hassel after this as avo sent me the wrong size sleeve and renault no longer sell the right size bolt for the valver. had to cut down the sleeve to fit the bush and had to use a bolt from a rt/rn
