My girlfriend has been taking lessons for a while and we decided it was time for her to get a car.

What better first car than a Clio DCi

Spent 5 hours or so on saturday cleaning up the outside, once all the green was removed it came up pretty well.

Has a few wee niggles to sort out, but all in its a pretty decent wee car

It came with them. Was pretty much the reason we chose it over a few others we looked at though. They're badly in need of a refurb.

A touch of lowering, sport grill, refurbed wheels, new steering wheel, and then maybe a different interior

Thanks folks.

Last night it got a new aux belt and tensioner (was squaling like a pig), and It got a windscreen washer pump (who removes that and doesn;t replace it?)

Tracking to get done at the weekend and then hopefully I can get on with the fun jobs of needlessly changing parts

wheels refurbed, lowered on Koni shocks and springs, 172 front a rear brakes, new plate, new bushes, ball joints, track rods, wheel bearings all round.
