Got the RS out of the garage yesterday and spent all day detailing it.

Such a f**king great car. People who slate the interior need to get AIDS

Im not too keen on the tints but cba taking them off myself, I took it to a window tint place last week who said they could do it, dropped it off at 8am called at 3pm to hear them say "oh we tried but the steamer broke" c***s didnt even call!

Nice, Just needs the cool front splitter like my brothers.

I hated the interior, but when im in Carls its actually a really nice place and the seats are alot comfier that the Famous Trendlines.

Ive got the carbon splitter but dont want to fit it just yet, also got a miltek decat.

I bought it to sell but I love it too much :(

I did take the piss out of call for buying his, but its actually brilliant. Looking forward to getting his new manifold sorted then his will have pretty healthy BHP.

Yea they mod well.

With just a decat, remap and a filter there 275 woth 280 lbft. Not bad for under £850

note: if you keep it buy a Scangauge II. Will keep an eye on temps incase the charge cooler decides to give up. If it does and you dont realise, your fucked lol

Yeah had a read about that, I checked the pump yesterday and it was moving fluid. Had to top up the res though!

aye really unreliable things too. Mine has already had a new one before i bought it. Without knowing it can cause massive damage too :(

Noticed the torque steer much?

No not noticed it, I dont know what the hype is?

It may have had a map on which im told reduces it? As its bloody quick! Ive only evry noticed the torque steer if the camber drops off on the road and my foot is down.

I'm sorry but the interior is f**king vile! Deal with it. Amazing car in every other aspect.

I actually don't mind the interior?? Granted it would have looked better in black/grey, but its not unbearable.

Love it! You will catch aids from the interior, the car has probably been owned by an essexer ;)

I personally like the interior. And love the exterior!

A night time car?

Unfortunately, I wouldn't buy one due to the interior. Apart from that, they look great, as does the new one.

When I looked at one the Interior was bold but you sit on the seats so you're not staring at the 2 Blue lines under your arse so its ok.

exactly! lol point i was looking for :eek:

Torque steer is overhyped massively. Can be a problem if you turn out of a junction and your wheel isnt straight but apart from that its barely there.

I'm off on holiday, when I come back I'll be after one of these honeys.

Although I'm still not 110%...M3 or frs? I'm not sure if the M warrants the extra costs involved ...

Either way, I'm sure either will make me mess my panties after cruising in the tt for a year!

Re the whole FRS and M3 thing..

There both epic cars! A good m3 is 14k and a good FRS is 10-11k so quite a bit in price!

Running costs for the M3 are much higher too..

Overall fun - the M3, would I run one over a a FRS...if the running costs were the same - yes..but sadly there more than double!

I think if the wheel was just dark and the door card inserts were grey it'd be perfect.

What are these things like with rust? I've heard its creeping through on some now which puts me off a lot!
