Fiat Panda 100HP Project

evo seriously loved their 100HP:

In case you hadn’t noticed, we love the Panda 100HP. It’s the most accomplished and exciting small car we’ve driven in ages, encapsulating everything evo stands for in one extremely capable package. It is of course possible to buy a host of iconic used cars for £10K, as we’ll be discovering over the page, but none can boast group 5 insurance, three years’ warranty and minimal running costs, and I doubt many will be much more fun to drive. There’s no doubt in our minds, Fiat has a new hero on its hands.

Turbo version would be awesome :)

Black wheels mean you need to keep on top of your tire shine Pete. Cant stand a car with black wheels and brown/grey tires!

Been a quiet week on the Panda front due to the weather and waiting for parts to come over from the Netherlands. So just done some tidying up bits.

Thought I'd tip a nod to Vale as he was riding for Fiat Yammaha in 2009.

Well. the boy was bored this afternoon and suggested doing some things with bits and bobs he has lying around.

So another couple of low/no cost mods, just waiting for boxes to arrive this week for the next big mod.

Just a quick update as nothing is happening at the moment. I have been waiting three weeks for the Spax springs and BMC Panel Filter to arrive. Apparently they have to be made to order as they don't keep them on the shelf. Should arrive next week I hope. Have also ordered a straight through centre section for the exhaust and that is coming from Italy. Makes you appreciate how quickly you can get parts for the Clio. Should hopefully get all the bits fitted when I have my week off in June.

Finally the springs have arrived.

Now to get them fitted.

Also had confirmation that the exhaust should be here next week.

Now only waiting for the gear knob.

Never moan about K-Tec delivery times again.

Not done an update for some time and have been running the car on the new suspension for a couple of weeks now, so better put some pics up.

Apparantly the gear gaitor is rubbish, so had to replace it with a leather one from Ebay. It said on Fiat Forum that you need to cut the gear knob up to remove the gaitor so I bought a new Richbrook gear knob as well. Didn't realise that you just pulled it off. Never mind thought it would look neat antway.
