Finally Tried out the Engine Cover.....

to be honest i like it with the cover off as well so i rekon it will be off whilst the weathers crap and the gritters are on the roads and then it will be back on for fcs and the other shows

I prefer it off aswell - I think the Black top bit of the Inlet looks a bit to much against the covers 2 colours.

he took a sample of them to a local gaff and got them to make up some replicas
