Wow, must say, i love it. I really do. Thanks to Gazmar1 i am now addicted.

I want to get rid of my crap 1.2l and buy a 172 no matter what i do now. Ohh the drive was great very quick and i really liked the car to drive. Nice bucket seats in his though, so i may invest in some for when i get mine.

Excellent choice of car for me next and im actually excited, even though the insurance will be close to £1500 im up for it.

Must say they are quick and very nippy for the size and i can see it taking on most small cars and having their pants down. Cornering was excellent even at a low speed i didnt notice roll compared to my mark 1. Seems a lot of power in a small car, but oh well, im up for it.

Well guys, im now addicted to the 2.0L Sports now.

I now see what all you guys and gals must be loving, and im missing out on.

Thats my story over, i left gazmars car with a huge smile on my face and i cant say how gutted i am for not buying his 172 cup.

get one bought!

Ph1 172's can be bought for peanuts nowadays and are the best of the bunch!

I'm now qualified on this subject...

Owning both I'd say the Cup is better overall.

Not enough to be big headed about, but it really is better (until it rains)

Cups are the b****cks! Love the rawness of them! Mark's is about the nicest cup i've seen, few with 2020's are proper aswell!

Insurance is a problem for you tho...I can get a cat D cup for about 3k is your interested...

Infact wait a month or two and they'll be about 100 cat D cups! - Winter and no ABS.
