First Visit to Dealers!

Took my 6 week old 182 in for the first time today, the passenger seat rattles, theres a bolt missing on the engine cover and theres a ticking noise coming from the dash.

I took it to Sutton Park Renault in Tamworth and so far so good, the worshop manager came out with me so he could see the problems for himself, he even dropped me at the train station so I could get the train to work.

Lets hope they fix all the faults and i always get this sought of service!

That reminds me, I need to put my engine cover back on before it goes!! Its been in the garage for months.

Sutton Park Sutton took 5 attempts to sort my exhaust, eventually they fitted an entirely new system. They also left a small scratch on one of my front wings when they removed the bumper to fit new headlamp washers.

If you can be bothered to wait weeks yes.

I was offered a car for the day when I booked it in but was told I would have to sort my own insurance, last time I did this this on a courtesy car some t**t keyed it down the side and I had to fork out 300 quid excess, its only in for the day so its just as easy for me to get the train.

I will give it a once over when I get it back and make sure they havent scratched the interior or exterior.

Picked my car up last night and all was well, they seem to have sorted the clicking noise from the dash, replaced the missing screw from the engine cover and its booked in for next week to have the seat mounting rails replaced, Ive arranged for a courtesy car aswell this time.

They even washed and hoovered my car for me as it was pretty filthy.
