fitted my stealth shelf with speakers and amp....but. radio not working now

as above fitted my stealth shelf. all works fine. but when i put the radio on even if its locked onto a station is all crackily and intereferance.... any ideas ? not that clued up on car audio. got my mate to help instal the shelf and help wire it up

is it a whine that gets higher pitched the higher the engine revs? if so it is more than likely be a bad earth somewhere (check amp first)

if not then did you reconnect the Aeriel to the back of the hu? is it tight?

hmmm back of the HU is a good shout.... earth is fine because the amp and stuff when playing via aux in is superb. ill take the headunit out and have a look

Sounds like you forgot to plug the aerial back in.
Does it whine/crackle when using a CD

Edit: Just seen your post. check the aerial.

no cd and aux is fine. just radio thats gubbed
