Fitting 5x120 pcd onto 5x120.6 pcd?

as the title says, is this possible? Does the 0.6 make any real difference? I'm looking for some cheap wheels/tyres for my Jag but the choices are fairly limited, 5x120 is a BMW fitment so gives a few more possibilities

Youll need to use wobble bolts at a guess mate

Wobble bolts would certainly do it, or depending on the offset you could just get bolt to hub adaptor spacers.

If using wobble bolts (they are a bodge whatever way you look but im guessing you arent trackdaying the jag) then you MUST use correctly fitting spigot ring adaptors.
