Fitting a clio 172 enigne into a 1.6 16v 2003 clio

Hi im looking at converting a clio 1.6 16v to a 2.0 16v, will a clio 172 engine will fit a clio 1.6 16v gearbox ok with no modification, also how much of a task would it be to carry out the conversion and roughly what parts i would need to do this.Thanks
