Fitting lowering springs, guide and/or how long

Hi, Ive got my lowering springs delivered this morning and next step is fitting, is there a guide on here? Got spring compressors and tools, just been a while since I used them lol.

Oh it's a 1.2 so not a lot in the way hopefully!

Rears - 20 mins on my own, Including jacking up etc.

Fronts - 2 ½ hours (first time), Had one stiff nut, Wiggling the strut out whilst clearing everything was the hardest, Had someone hold the top whilst i did it.

Fairly straight forward job, WD40'ing all nuts that need to be removed the night before is a good idea.

Compressing and de compressing the springs to get them on and off also took me some time just with a ratchet.

I found that really helpful. I think one of the hardest parts on the front is getting that top rubber mount off. Just WD40 it, and if the shock just spins when you use a socket, you need to get a Allen key and spanner to undo it.
