fitting megane 225 alloy foot rest pedal

on the plastic footrest there is a funny screw thing :S . i no it does not match up as a perfect fit ok do you take plastic foot rest off line up best as poss alloy cover pre-drill 5 rivet holes then screw the plastic cover back on then rivet the cover back on . as once fitted you cannot take the plastic footrest off again ?

you cant take it off again unless you drill out your rivets

What? The torx screw in the middle? Yep that hold its on.

still not fitted bloody rivets (head) to short so when pushed through ally pedal then plastic footrest the rivet is to short .been to halfold they ent got any . wonder about no nails (lol)

If you carefully line up the 225 plate over the footrest I'm sure you can position it so that the torx screw is accessible through one of the 225 plates holes, allowing you to take it off again.
