fitting new alternator

need a new alternator fitting on my car my mate said he wud do it but wants to no if its alot of hassle to do it on my drive cus if not ill will have to book it in to his work let me no cheers

about a 3 hour job, not hard as such, the onlyhard bit is getting the aux belt on and off (there is a tool for it)

where is this tool or shud my mate have one allready i wud bring the car to u but the batterys completely dead and it wont move

serpentine belt tool with a 3/8ths bit on the end

nice one mate and do we have to take bumper etc off cus it looks rather tight in there
