Fitting Nimbus Heat shield

What are people using to attach the Nimbus heat shield to the bulkhead? From what I remember from removing the old factory sound deadening stuff, there wasn't any threaded holes, it was just plastic clips or rubber bungs or something holding it on.

My old 172 had threaded bars sticking out from the bulkhead, there from the factory.
The old sound deadening was held in place using the large plastic washers pushed on those bars.

I re-used those and some lock-nuts.
