Fitting Side Strips

My Metallic Black side strips arrived at work today
I am planning on fitting them as soon as I get home

How easy are they to fit? is there a guide someone could like me to?
Are there any clips to remove etc or do they just slide in and out?

Very easy swear there is a guide somewhere back ones just slide forward with the door open.

slide on and off, easy. just open the doors.

seem to be really hard to get off with all the grime sticking em on
any tricks to get em to slide off easyer?

Wd 40 ?

Give them a push at the end furthest away from the door opening, then it should just lift away.

Do the reverse to get the new ones on. Job done.
