Fitting Spax RSX Krypton

Just fitting a set of these and the instructions show the springs one way (small speing at bottom) but the collet won't go in the top of the spring and the intermediate collet fouls on the dust cover.
KTec web pic shows the springs the other way up (small spring at top) and they go together no problem?
Has anyone fitted these?

I had a set of Spax but if im honest it was about 18 months ago, i dont remember how they went.
I should have a few pictures on them on my car, ill go and have a look.

My helper spring was at the bottom.
