Fitting the Ipod FloridaDaz connector

Just fitting it now but (probably missed something obvious here!) I can't seem to get the wire down through the back (behind the Climate control)...it is like there is too much cack blocking it. Is there a better side to try or is there some other tip to help...doesn't really mention this bit in the instructions (but the product is very good!)

Hi- I don't recall having any trouble getting the cable down- I think I just dangled it down the back and fished it out at the bottom in the cup holder area no probs- there was plenty of room.

Cheers guys....I sorted it in the end...problem was doing it in the dark pretty much lol. I hadn't removed the 'plate' directly above the cup holders which mad it much easier lol

I tried for a while as well before managing to get that plate out, seems to pull out a bit funny. Once it was out though things were much smoother.

Also, I have a cdc changer and getting the green plug into the back of the HU is a pain as well. I found that taking the yellow changer plug out, attaching both plugs together and then into the Hu worked the best. Too many wires back there!

Aye! Right enough! The ratty williams never made it in the gate, and you got hit by parts of another ratty williams! lol

Yeah I need some decent tyres....When I had those 2nd hand A048's it was amazing how much grip I got...last time I only had some prada2's and they were sooo much worse (imo). I think they main thing was the stiffer walls on the Advans..they gave me much more confidence where the pradas seemed to wallow over and unsettle the car in 2 bends in particular where I was doing about 100mph but had to back off slightly with the pradas
