fixed-exhaust manifold overheating

i posted on here a while ago about my exhaust manifold melting stuff, it turned out it was being caused by the airfilter being blocked up??? the filter had only been fitted for about 8k.

i was thinking about fitting a replacement panel filter like the k&n and was wondering if anyone could tell me if they filter as well as the oem one?

I have a K&N panel filter and I'm
more than happy. It is really good quality and despite what people say there is SLIGHT difference to the 'feel' of the drive.

i have the K&N panel too, noticed a little difference but the original that it replaced was clogged up!

i seen a few ppl on here say stick to the original filter its the best
